The School of Professional and Graduate Studies Program recruits, admits, and advises adult students pursuing a variety of undergraduate degrees. Evening, weekend, and day classes along with flexible scheduling and some accelerated and off-site programs are available to accommodate the work, family, and study demands of adult learners.

FOR APPLICANTS WHO HAVE NEVER ATTENDED COLLEGE:

FOR APPLICANTS WHO ARE TRANSFERRING:
A completed application for admission to Greensboro College includes:

- Official transcripts from all other colleges/universities attended*
- Letter of Recommendation (form inside application)
*If a transfer candidate has earned fewer than 30 semester hours while enrolled at other institutions, he/she will also be required to provide a final high school transcript reflecting graduation or GED scores.
Steps for Transferring
An admission decision will be made based upon the student's:
- previous course work (if any) at other institutions of higher learning
- grade point average
- essay construction and content
- involvement in community service, school and church activities, work and other out-of-class experiences
- recommendation
- evidence of the ability to do college-level work
